It does seem to plump more than a regular lip pencil, but by no means is it a plumper or as good as its pumped up to be. no pun intended. The color choices are pretty low too, the closest thing to a regular lip color looks very pink on the lips and doesnt do well with warm undertones.

If you compare this to the price of bareminerals or something like that, its waaay cheaper. So I gave it a shot. I know about the exfoliating, pre-moisturizing rule so I'm not lacking in that department. With that said, I dipped the brush (which is very akward to use) tapped the excess off, and started going at it with cirular motions-between my eyes also. After dipping and applying for about 5 minutes (which is too long just for foundation), I looked like I was wearing a mask, felt skin felt tight, and my eye lases were caked with this stuff. Throughout the day, it blened, then went sliding off. (I have combination skin) So this is a definite no. The bush also raises every peice of dry skin off of my face. It's a nightmare to use, and horrible when you get to lunch time.
