Quick to get acne under control

I used this as part of a kit I purchased. The first night I used it, went to sleep and the giant pimple that was festering under my skin had shrunk down to almost nothing. I cant use the normal salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide acne treatments because I'm so sensitive. But, I had no irritation, no redness, no itching. Just significantly smaller pimples.
