I have used this for years. I use it under my outer lower eye, otherwise my mascara ends up under my eyes. It is not drying at all.

Good Product

I use the 1% evertwhere except under my eyes and neck. It is too strong on those areas and causes a rash. I love it otherwise. It has lessened my large pores on my nose. A friend gave me her .5% which I use everywhere on my face and neck without any rash.
