Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer

The BEST Tinted Moisturizer for women 40+

I tried about five different tinited mositurizers before I tried Laura Mercier's. The others left orange streaks on my face and neck and none of them were light enough for my pale skin. Not only does this line have a great range of tints, but it blends flawlessly and gives a nice light coverage. It's so great I only use the tinited moisturizer and a bit of (smashbox) powder for my base. I am 46 and have some imperfections (age spots, pores gettig larger, etc.) and this is the only product that will cover them enough, but not make me look caked-on in the daylihgt like so many women my age do. BRAVO!!!!

Great Foundation for Maturing Skin

For the amount of coverage this product goes on very smoothly. I love it and when I want a bit more sheer coverage I just mix a bit with some moisturizer. Doesn't make my skin break out as some anti-aging makeup does and I get a very nice glow (not shiny) to my skin. Definitely worth a try, as all of Lancome's foundations are great - but this by far is my fav!

L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Original Washable Bold Eye Mascara

Outstanding value!

I tried this masacara when it came out years ago and have found myself coming back to it again and again and again and again. This time was for allergies that were making my eyes super-sensitive. Te mascara goes on great, stays on and doesn't irritate my eyes as every other mascara has been doing lately - even the ones for sensitive eyes, such as clinique or almay. This time I'm staying with L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Mascara and will continue to use it forever!

Lancome Secret de Vie Creme

Most lasting moisturizer that's not too heavy

The most wonderful fragrant thick creme. I thought it was too thick as it didn't glide on easily - but with a bit of water misted on my face - it went on smooth. At first I wasn't impressed and I thought oh here we go again an over-priced "miracle" in cool packaging - but hours later my skin was smooth and glowing and when I touched my face I could feel that the product was there and working! The only question I have is no high SPF...? I would have given it a 10 if it was unscented and had a chocie of SPF 15 or SPF 30 or higher.
