This body wash smells fantastic and is very invigorating in the morning. The smell lasts a few hours but not all day for me, still it's worth it. Aveda avoids adding a lot of foaming agent into their products which means it also doesn't lather a lot but you still feel clean. The packaging is, like all Aveda products, clean and simple enough that you don't mind having it out in the bathroom. I LOVE the scent and would recommend this product

I tried out the green one called Avobath. It's a nice-smelling bomb that fizzles nicely and is a good size - we have a really big bathtub and it fills it nicely. There is a tiny bit of shimmer in the bomb but not enough to make my man not want to get in ;). The scent lasted in the water and on my skin later. This was a fun purchase, a bit of a splurge, and great for a treat but the price is pretty high for what it is. I would recommend for a gift or a treat for yourself.

I gave one of these to my fiance for Christmas with the promise that I would also give him the massage that goes with it. The bar smells fantastic and the smell (and the bar) is still lasting six months later. The bar melts onto the skin and makes a back rub so nice. I keep it in a Ziploc bag for storage but Lush also sells a nice little silver tin designed to store them which I may pick up later. I would highly recommend this for a nice gift for someone you care about or for yourself as a splurge.

This is a pretty average drug store shampoo. Not salon quality but what do you really expect. It has a moderate amount of foaming and a pretty standard scent which is long-lasting. It does not leave my hair shiny which is disappointing.

Works well for de-tangling my long hair but it does not leave it shiny. I 'm still finding split ends although that's fairly normal for my fine hair that is about 3" below shoulders. The smell is your average drug store shampoo smell and it does last all day so my hair still smells clean when I go to bed which is nice. This is a decent, average product.

My all-time favourite toenail polish, Opi Fiji Wiji Squeeze! The polish goes on nicely, smooths out so no ridge lines or brush marks, and has a great depth of colour, meaning the polish seems to be deeper and more lustrous than you would expect for the thickness of the coat. Nice packaging. The polish lasts forever on my toes although I do find it chips on my fingernails (but I'm not careful). It's more expensive than the drugstore brands but the quality is much better.

The good:The colours are really nice and natural looking. It never looks too heavy or fake, goes on easily. The bad:The brush is too short to smooth softly onto your face so it scrubs the colour in rather than brushing it on. The packaging is so big it's a pain for travel and takes a lot of room in the makeup drawer. Also because of the way the powder comes out through the holes to the top, you need to keep it upright to keep too much powder from entering the compartment. Overall - a decent everyday blush but the packaging could use some work.

At $6.50 this lipstick is a steal. A semi-sheer, it goes on smoothly and lasts a long time. It did tend to dry my lips out a bit but I still loved it for the great colours available and the way it lasted. I bought this for a wedding and it was a toss-up between a $30 Lancome lipstick and the $6.50 Maybelline. I'm glad I went with the cheaper one as it was perfect.
