the BEST!

This mascara's "beauty tubes" technology is good, but the best thing about this mascara is that it absolutely DOES NOT SMUDGE and is practically waterproof! Only comes off with water when you rub your eyelashes-and it comes off in the "tubes" form, too- not runny or mess like other mascaras. I LOVE THIS MASCARA!

CoverGirl Professional Remarkable Washable Mascara

one of my faves

I always found it a pain in the butt to take off waterproof mascara, but I had a hard time with all other mascaras smudging. This mascara DOES NOT smudge at all throughout the day, and washes off with soap and water. A really great mascara. It's a nice, simple mascara that you can keep building more coats on to make lashes longer.
