I believe this stuff should be called "miracle worker." Spray starch is for any one who believes that their hair cannot hold a style, curl, crimp, spiral, etc. As a cosmetologist, I do more updos and curl styles than you could ever imagine, and believe me when I say that NOTHING holds memory like this stuff. When doing any thermal styles I only use spray starch. Once I get the style that I want, I then hit the hair with some hair spray and I'm done. Spray starch gives hair shine and the styles last until you brush it out. You have to try it once and you will become a believer.

Redken Concrete 22 Cement Paste

For fine hair that needs a fix

I had a client a while back with baby fine hair. She came to me wanting a short sassy cut similar to Sharon Stone a couple of years ago. After cutting and texturizing, I applied concrete. Using my fingers and a blow dryer, this stuff gave her amazing texture and her hair held a style. Needless to say, all of my fine hair women and men with short cuts buy concrete. Please be mindful that this product is not good for medium to long hair. This is also not a product to use with a brush. This product works best for carefree looks.

Nioxin System 7

From a cosmetology instructor

I have been using and recommending Nioxin for the last six years. This product is a must for any person who is or has been dealing with the thinning of hair due to hormones, aging, pregnancy, and health issues. You do have to use this on a regular basis to see a difference but you will not regret it. A little bit of this product goes a long way.
