This product is AMAZING! It does what it says it's going to do, and it makes all my other products work better! I absolutely love this product! You don't even need a pea-sized amount to do your entire face! It lasts forever! Such great value!

This hair oil is absolutely amazing! It is **silicone-free**!! My hair texture is damaged from being over-highlighted, stright-wavy (I'm german, ethnically). The top layers of my hair are weak, brittle, and dry, lacking any sort of healthy weight/bounce. This hair oil is just what I need to make my hair feel and look like hair! I've heard people say that it weighs down their hair and makes it oily. If you apply from the bottom of the ear, down then having an oily/heavy appearance will not happen. Also, a common mistake is using too much of the product. 3 drops is all I need for my thick hair that is 2-3 inches below my shoulders! This is one of those "less is more" products for sure! (There is also the "Redken Diamond Oil Shatterproof Shine" for less coarse/dry hair types.)

I honestly bought this product by mistake, meaning to buy my favorite conditioner: Redken Diamond Oil Conditioner. The texture of this conditioner was the first thing that threw me off. It's a clear gel with gold sparkles throughout it. This conditioner does provide shine, as advertised. However, it does not provide any moisture to speak of. The texture of my hair after using this conditioner was brittle and dry. The reason for the 3 stars is that it provided "shine" as advertised. Otherwise, it would be a 1. Bottom line: If you need moisture in your hair, go for the "Redken Diamond Oil Conditioner"... NOT the "Redken Diamond Oil High Shine".

This conditioner is perfect for stressed tresses. I used to highlight my hair, a lot more than I should have, and the result was weak, limp, lifeless strands, without any healthy weight/bounce. I was using the Redken Diamond Oil Conditioner, and when I ran out, and needed something fast (before ULTA's notorious liter sale) I saw this product on the shelf. I decided to give it a try because I noticed that it is **silicone free!** and oil infused, just like the Redken I was using before. My hair was immediately silky and moisturized. It can be a little heavy, but if you rinse your hair 2-3x more than when you think you have it all out, that will take care of that problem!
