  • Wet n Wild MegaLiner Liquid Eyeliner

I need a liquid eyeliner ASAP and decided to try it out. I was very impressed with this eyeliner. For me, it took me a few seconds to get accustomed to holding the brush but I managed a great cat eye look.

  • L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche La Palette Nude

I was lucky enough to receive it for review from Total Beauty (Nude 2). Been using it a couple of days and ready to give my thoughts. First off, packaging is very sturdy. I noticed the hinges were tight that it was hard to open but managed. On the back, the eyeshadows are numbered (no names) with 4 eye looks that you can recreate. The applicator is halfway good. One end is a sponge tip (I don't mind using) and the other end is a small detailer brush. Tried to use it but it's very flimsy and not big enough to properly apply eyeshadow. The colors themselves are brown, rosy, and mauve toned. Decent pigmentation, but it's not up there with WnW eyeshadows. Not dusty or chalky. Lasted a good amount of time on my eyes, faded slightly at the end of the day. I noticed the palette could use more variation in color contrast. It's all midtoned mattes and shimmers. The lightest shade could be used on the browbone but I don't think it's light enough. And there's no dark shades either that could double as eyeliner. So, if you are blending, the colors tend to blend together, that I feel the need to bring in other eyeshadows for the contrast. Still, it's a decent palette for beginners and intermediate makeup users. I will continue to use it because the shades are pretty and work-appropriate.

  • Revlon ColorStay Eye Liner

    Revlon ColorStay Eye Liner

    Decent eyeliner

I normally don't get Revlon but I had a $3 off coupon and decided to try it out in Black. It's not as creamy as the other liners I've tried. In fact, the tip broke off when I used it on my eye! It's a drier formula which I was expecting. Just didn't think the tip would break on me. The color is not as dark as I like it to be. But I will say this: I have oily heavy lids. Been wearing it since 7am this morning. I'm writing this at 4pm and there is no liner transfer. It does stay on. Almost a perfect liner!

  • REvlon Illuminance Creme Shadow

I seriously need to prep my lids because they are oily, and if I don't, then it creases up. the colors are nice, but I think i need to stick to powder shadows.

  • Olay Wet Cleansing Cloths

    Olay Wet Cleansing Cloths

    Great wet cloths

I've used these on occasion when I feel like not washing my face after a night out (which is usually when I use it, haha). They do a good job on removing the face makeup. They do an ok job on removing eye makeup. I find that you need to hold the cloth on your eye for a few second to break the product down for removal. I've had trouble removing waterproof mascara and eyeliner with these cloths. Not sure if they are designed to do that but I usually use my eye makeup remover for that purpose. But for all other uses, it does the job. The cloth is pretty big so you don't have to worry about running out of cloth. They are great if you freshen up after gym time. They are also travel friendly if you need to pack something in your carry-on. Overall, I like these cloths.

  • Olay Shine Control Lathering Cleanser
    9.0

    Olay Shine Control Lathering Cleanser

    Great for controlling oil

This is a good cleanser and can work as a purifying mask as well. I like to use this during the Texas Summer months, since my skin is at its oiliest. Doesn't dry out the skin. The product has the same consistency as the combo/oily creme cleanser version, sorta like Noxema. The only thing is that it is usually priced higher than then combo/oily version and the bottle is smaller, which is why I didn't give it the full 10 stars, but I do recommend it for people with oily skin issues.

  • Olay 2-in-1 Daily Facial Cloths - Combination/Oily Skin

I love the creme cleanser version and was excited to try out this and I'm glad I did! I love these cloths. They are pretty large cloths. One side is smooth while the other side is textured with microbeads for exfoliation. What I like to do is run it under warm water and rub the cloth to build up the lather, wash my face with the smooth side to remove makeup, even waterproof, then switch to the textured side and deep clean. My face feels fantastic after using these cloths, it didn't make me break out and they are fun to use. They are also extremely travel friendly, since I haven't seen my favorite cleanser in a travel size, so I like to pack these in my carry-on. If you are worried about spending money on these, I recommend cutting the cloths in half. You get double the amount of cloths and still have enough to properly clean your face. I highly recommend these cloths!

  • Olay Foaming Face Wash - Normal Skin
    8.0

Olay Foaming Face Wash - Normal Skin

    Great Starter Facial Cleanser

This was my first cleanser that I tried before reaching for the Combo/Oily Skin kind. It's a gel formula. One pump is all you need for a good lather. It is great for getting the skin clean and removing makeup. It doesn't overdry the skin or leave a residue. I have this in my shower so I have it available to wash my face the same time I shower, since I normally wash my face in the sink. But this is a great starter cleanser for a young girl getting accustomed to a beauty routine.

  • Olay Oil Minimizing Clean Foaming Cleanser
    10.0

Olay Oil Minimizing Clean Foaming Cleanser

    Great cleanser for oily skin

This has been my cleanser for the longest time. I stockpile on this cleanser every time there is a coupon in the newspaper or if there's a sale. It does a great job in controlling my oily skin, removing makeup even waterproof eye makeup, doesn't make me break out like other brands (Neutrogena and Clean & Clear), and you only need a little bit that will build up a great lather, which make it wallet-friendly. This cleanser is white, thick, and the consistency is similar to Noxema if you were to squeeze it out of a bottle. Dime size amount is all you need for abundant lather. Your skin will feel great afterwards, very clean, and it doesn't overdry. Love this stuff!!!
