practice makes perfect

I absolutely love and swear by this product. Ye it takes a bit of practice but I love the effect and how easily I can make my "wing tiped" eyes! I love the colors avalible as well. To those who say the product smears; I have found that if I apply my mascara right after the eyeliner there is no smearing. I do use the 24 hour version of the product instead if the regular version if that makes a difference, I am not sure. I hope this helps.
