Best eyeliner ever

I have VERY oily skin and hooded lids so nothing can stay on forever but this is the best I've ever tried and I've tried A LOT. Have been using for years and have absolutely NO complaints. Dark brown is great because it can be dramatically dark or smudged a bit for a more daytime look.
