I followed the directions exactly! The over all dye looked nothing like the example pictures on the side and my highlights ran. The highlights turned orange and covered most of the top of my head. I had to spend $100 and two hours at the salon to repair the damage! Afterwards my hair was very dry and brittle. I will never trust this brand again!

After the first use of this product my hair was very soft, shiney and managable. I was very happy.
