Essence Stays No Matter What Waterproof Eyeliner Pen

I bought this as a cheap replacement for my Nyx Super Skinny eye marker and I'm upset I didn't just buy that. For $2, it caught my eye and when I noticed is was waterproof, I had to get it. I swatch the marker on my hand before I apply it to my eye to get it going (it's a habit) and it stains my hand! I currently have 3 lines on my hand that look like the stain a Crayola marker will make. It's also not very good on application. Markers I have had experience with seem to have trouble keep the formula saturated at the tip which is why I swatch and warm it up before actually using it. This marker has no give and won't work with me. I will probably head back to Ulta and grab my Nyx Super skinny because it never let me down.
