Toners aren't my favorite beauty product, generally speaking, because I feel like they always manage to overdo things. However, this one from Lisa Hoffman bucked my expectations. I tried it, liking the idea of toner more than the actual thing, and was pleasantly surprised. It makes my face feel fresh without leaving the the skin tight or stinging. The staying power of the toner is also top-notch. Its effects were noticeable through the end of my workday. My skin looked a lot less dull than it normally does once I left the office. I'm glad I found this product , I don't think the price point is bad at all for the high quality you get, if anything, I'm surprised it didn't cost me more.

As far as non-drying drugstore body washes go, this is one of the better ones. Truly does seem meant for sensitive skin, so thanks for the follow-through, Dove! My biggest complaint with cheaper products is that they're all talk and no game. The creaminess is nice, the smell is almost all the way pleasant, but a tiny bit off. Luckily it doesn't cling much, so you don't end up smelling like it, too.

Other reviewers noted they think this balm is a bit waxy, but I haven't found that to be the case. I actually like it a lot as a basic lip balm to always have in your bag. I also like the slightly thicker packaging than normal chapsticks. The balm is healing enough, though I wish it had spf, because than it would be a more complete lip protection. However, the simple rose-y smell is kind of nice, in an old-fashioned way, so overally, I think this is a really likeable health food store/drugstore lip balm.

An amaaaaazing scent combined with a nice feel - hadn't had a bubble bath since I was in nursery school, but I tried this out and totally fell in love. Okay, it's not exactly a bubble bath, but you pour enough in and get a little suds. The suds, however, are not soapy, which is nice. The soak leaves you feeling pretty soft and smelling awesome. It's this great floral, orchid smell that is so irresistible. Though the soak is actually hydrating, which is great, I feel like it's more about the smell first and the effects second, for me, since the fragrance is absolutely my favorite part. I do think it's cool that the formula includes antioxidants, though, (for anti-aging) but I would use this whether it had those or not!

My friend loves this mascara, which is why I tried it. Her eyelashes are longer than mine to begin with, not that mine are supershort or anything, so maybe that's why it works better for her... I thought the separation was good, not multiple lashes sticking together, but the effect overall was just a little blah. The price, of course, is really good. However, I think it's worth it to spend a few dollars more for more distinct looking lashes overall. This one didn't curl mine up as much as I would have liked, and while it wasn't doing that, it was particularly lengthening or thickening them either. I guess it was a "natural" look?
