It just makes the eyebrows look fuller. I use the cream first, then the powder over the cream, it's fast and easy to apply. gave one to my aunt that has really thin eyebrows she love it.

it is really stiff. when you press it to curl it creases your eyelashes and removes a bit our mascara and some of my lashes. hard to get my finger in to curl. throw it away.

got this on sale after the holiday, really good eyeshadow. Blends really well.
