This formula is too wet for my lashes (very long, they need a average/dry formula to hold curl)...and it brings my eyelashes to a point. Rips out any curl I put into them and just not good.

I was sooo disappointed when I found out this was discontinued. Although I think their current self-tanner (BeachSexy) is the same formula, just w/ SPF, new packaging, name, etc. But omg, this stuff is THEE best. <3 It goes on smoothly, moistruizes (I typically use Fake Bake Skin Smoothie to prone to dry areas when using a self-tanner but you don't need to worry with this stuff) and gives you a believable bronze glow. I am fair skinned, light haired, but if I wanted to, I could build this color to a believable, deep, natural-looking color. The smell when going on is an addiction...it does have that slight DHA smell after it processes but not bad...I can definitely put up with it for the results I get. Loved this stuff and am so sad it is gone. =[

I give this a 10. It smells heavenly and exofilates nicely too...even if you aren't a self tanner, I recommend this as a body scrub! Good stuff.

This felt a little oily for my liking and BARELY tanned me...it was a slight hint of color after a week.

This stuff has a very strong odor and the color was kinda orange-y for my liking.

Meh, this stuff is actually fairly easy to apply (even without the special kabuki brush). It has a nice, cherry-almond scent...but of course when I wake up the next day, I smell that yummy DHA/dyed skin smell that self tanners come with lol. This is kinda messy...not through the application process, just when it dries. I personally wouldn't go out after applying this because I feel it would be left on everything around me and I look "dirty." I have fair skin naturally, but even when I have a tan from the sun, I still have that dirty look. PLUS, all the color washes right down the drain when I shower. I am not a self-tanning newbie either...this stuff just doesn't cut it for me...

I love Paul Mitchell products and this one didn't disappoint. For everyone who is saying it left their hair dry/heavy, I think (not 100% sure) that is because it has a lot of proteins. You should follow up with a styling product, leave-in serum or some moistruizer. I have personally never experienced the dryness some people are claiming, but I also use other styling products after my showers...also wanted to say I use the liquid spray strength stuff (can't remember the name) after my showers in addition to the shampoo/conditioner and still, I do not experience dryness. :) Love, LOVE this stuff. Highly recommend. I'm going from black hair (chemically dyed, I'm a natural blonde) to blonde and this stuff is keeping my hair extremely healthy and strong. I highly recommend it for hair that gets any "abuse." ;) The only reason I didn't give this product a 10 is because I am sure I am getting the "full effect" because I use the entire "Strength" line and I do not know if this works for all hair types and I am thinking you have to use some moistruizing promise to balance out all the proteins. However, hair is an investment and there is no one miracle product unfortuately hah...love this stuff.
