This creamy stick blends to a smooth, velvety finish. I have super dry skin and this conceals without looking caked on. I used to use this as a teenager and went trekking for more expensive concealers in my twenties. I've come full circle- this is my go-to concealer. It has yet to fail me.

It goes on smooth- has a decent color match, but it is the most drying powder i've ever tried

It has a good scent, and offers a light hold. I don't like the fact that it masks any shine my hair has naturally- making it look flat and dull.

Did you know that titanium dioxide is one of the few sunblocks that provide a true physical block? I've seared high and low for a drug store moisturizer that provides real sun protection. This not only calmed my face down after being bombarded with chemical treatments, but provides moisture and protection.

I was put on some new face creams by my doctor and my skin went crazy- peeling, dry, cracking... I couldn't even wear concealer because it would crack and flake off- total nightmare. I went to the drug store and grabbed this out of desperation and within a week my inflammed, super sensitive, dry and cracking face was restored. Thank goodness!!!

Not a fan of the scent- way too strong and smells like my husband's shampoo. Not moisturizing enough. It didn't protect my color as much as biolage or garnier nuctrisse did... Not overly thrilled.

I have dry and sensitive skin so I need a natural foundation- like mineral makeup.. but I hate that everyone who wears Bare Minerals looks like they took a face-bath in shimmery bronzer. I saw this Matte foundation and went for it- within 5 hours of wearing it (less than a full work day) my skin was so dried out it started to crack and peel! I had to go to the bathroom and wash all of my makeup off and start slathering my hand cream all over my face!

Pros: The day I started wearing this I was asked by three people if I was using Latisse (the eyelash growing serum). It goes on THICK and FULL and PERFECT every time. Cons: I think the brush is too fat... and I wish it were curved so that I could apply it faster. Overall: After I ran out I went back to my old standby (Mabeline's Volume Express) and I can tell you there is no comparison- L'Oreal Extra Volume Collagen Mascara does a better job at making my skinny lashes beef up.

I bought the barely rose color- it looked beautiful in the jar, and during my product demonstration is looked amazing... but when I got it home and used it with my other makeup and skin care products (becuase I couldn't afford to buy the whole line at once) the subtle pink I was looking for turned into a hot-bubble-gum-pink mess! I give this product kudos for staying power, but unless you buy the whole jane iredale line you most likely won't be able to use this.
