OPI is the gold standard in nail lacquers and mani/pedi products as far as I'm concerned. The products go on smoothly and streak free--even the palest of the colors, which seem to be problematic at times. The vast selection of colors makes it hard to choose a favorite. You not only fall in love with the quality of the product and the great colors, the quirky names add a fun element!

I got a sample of this and fell in love. I never used brow products before because they always looked fake and awful. I bought a $3 brow brush/spoolie and apply it with the brush. I "spoolie" my brows afterward to groom and blend. Perfection! My 52 year old eyebrows, which are getting sparse, are filled in with natural looking color. It perks up my face and draws attention to my eyes. Since my hair is medium brown, I use the lighter shade in the brunette compact. I can also use the darker shade of the ash blonde color--both blend, both look like they belong. They powder stays put and doesn't smear either. Soft, natural and long lasting. Incredible!

I started using this product when Murad discontinued their exfoliating mask. This works almost as well at less than half the price! It smells good, is organic and works great. I have fairly sturdy skin, so the full strength is just right for me. It leaves my skin soft and looking rosy. I use it once or twice a week. Great results. If you have sensitive skin, try the "turned down a notch" variety for sensitive skin. It's nice that Juice Beauty gives that option.

I love this hand cream. It absorbs into my uber dry, overworked, "cactus" hands and turns them into the soft, non greasy hands they're supposed to be! It also has a great, light scent. Perfect product. Perfect gift, too.

This product is truly waterproof. It didn't smear or smudge and lasted all day, even in the heat and humidity! I liked the kind of skinny bristled wand. It was easy to control where the mascara actually went when I applied it. My puny lashes were longer and a little thicker with this product.

My son's girlfriend told me what a great body lotion Hempz made. It was a bit pricey ($20), but it is a good moisturizer. It even did a great job on my rough feet. The Hempz Herbal Moisturizer has a smell that reminds me of bananas. It's a nice, pleasant scent--not heavy. I wear it alone and use unscented moisturizer when I wear perfume.

Nars single eyeshadow in Barritz was recommended in the book, Beauty Confidential, as a great creamy beige shadow. At first, I balked at the price ($22), but have worn it everyday for a year and absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. It's a great neutral color that brightens up the lid and eye. I would probably buy the Nars shadows in basic colors to wear everyday, but perhaps shop for cheaper shadows for trendy, seasonal colors.

This Smashbox foundation is great! It has just the right amount of coverage, but isn't heavy or cakey looking. It's very natural and the color match to my skin was PERFECT (for a change!).

I'm on my second tube of Help Me. I heard that it is the strongest concentration of retinol you can get with an over the counter product. I use it every night and notice a difference in the tone and texture of my skin. I had some problems with prescription retinol products. Help Me is effective, yet, gentle.
