Bad oil zits on 50 yr old face!

My skin is not oily at all, but these wipes were a nightmare for me when they 1st came out and still are years later! I thought after a full hysterectomy, since skin changes, I'd try again. 3 days in, HUGE oil zits ON THE BONE. I had less than 10 as a teen! Many women can use these, I cannot! They are a nightmare!
