I'm 27 now so I guess after 11 years of use, I can give you all the low down. This is a great product for anyone with blotchy, dry/combination to oily skin, sensitive skin with ocassional breakouts. Excellent if you have discoloration that lingers from pimples, but i have to say...as much as I love this product...it will always be on my counter...It is a bit overpriced. You can get similar results using the Philosophy skin regimen the one that comes with the wash scrub, and weekly peel. But that said, This product is great for discoloration, works wonders in a short amount of time, great for the decollete and face, even for older women with liver spots. Leaves your skin so silky smooth you will think you have a layer of invisible silk on you. Unfortunately this newer formulation seems to sometimes gives me small bumps after using it non stop for 6 months...so I'm on a bit of a break from my twice a day routine. I will use it a few times a week in the am under makeup as a primer. But it does provide faster results that the old formula, I must confess. Great for pores, dry lines(for desert dwellers), unclogging of pores, treating breakouts for faster healing, freckles, and other discolorations. I love the brightness it gives my naturally light olive complexion.

This is the perfect daily scrub, I love exfoliation living in a desert climate which makes me prone to clogged pores, dry skin, dry lines, and dull skin. This morning wash is the perfect pick me up...in the shower or by the sink. The granules are perfectly blended so that every drop provides the same great scrub. I use this on my face and neck...its great, gets the skin unclogged, has fine tiny crystals, glowing, and baby soft and smooth. I really love it more that ever other scrub because of the crystal size is invigorating not overly abrasive like 99%, works on the whole area it is applied, not like some where the scrubber don't come out evenly. is easy to wash off, just a wet washcloth gets all the crystals off, most others are a pain to remove if you aren't in the shower. Leaves your skin soft, smooth, brightly glowing, moisturised, and primed for even foundation applications. Sometimes I use it in the evenings, after Purity made simple has removed my makeup, If I was wearing makeup for an extended amount of time or had excess exposure to air pollutants. I would have paid 2x as much without batting an eye for finally finding a product that makes me swoon.

Seriously, whatever skin type you have, your skin will love this stuff. I have Combi/dry sensitive skin, live in the desert. This is a miracle, every other product on the market(except estee lauder) make my skin feel raw...I'm talking about basic stuff like lotion etc. I never dreamed i could do a peel with my skin! To get the full benefits of this product fast... in the first week of use, give yourself a peel 3 times spaced out evenly for that first week, then peel once a week there after to maintain results. You will be so happy whether you worry bout dry skin, wrinkles, oily skin, or acne. I tried it on my sister who has extremely oily skin, she was very skeptical, but she said the week after I gave her the facial, she didn't need her oil control products. I personally use it on my face and neck once a week now, I gently rub the crystals in a circular motion careful to not over scrub...rub a bit firmer around pimples and nose to open up blackheads, and neck. Then I follow with the activating serum, I seem to use more than recommended but I like it when all crystals dissolve. Makes sure to use both products generously if you want results(Don't worry...it lasts a lot longer that you'd think). Then I let it sit on my face for 10-20 mins(If you start to feel your skin getting even slightly sensitive, its time to wash off). Doing so, my skin comes out like brand spanking new. Pimples that looked like they were going to surface, end up subsiding to the point they don't need concealer. Pimples that were going away, look like they weren't there. Dry skin patches(I live in desert climate)completely disappear,and look amazingly refreshed, fine lines disappear, slight wrinkled drastically are reduced, lips are more moisturised, mine look a lot plumper, drastically reduces the lip creases and dry look of my lips to look like I'm 10 years younger. I'm 27, but even still I am constantly being ID'd if I buy over the counter cold medicine at the check out counter(after filling out the necessary forms and showing ID at the pharmacy counter.) I've always taken care of my skin, don't tan, and wear spf...If I see results with this method...anyone can.

I've always had sensitive skin, so my mom started me off with estee lauder products from the age of 16. I loved their stuff, but my face was never clean, to remove makeup I had to wash 2x(I never wear waterproof anything) use eye makeup remover, toner 2x, then moisturise. Now in my mid 20's I'm starting to breakout on my chin and forehead, estee was no match. So I started exploring all the debths of acne products. What a nightmare, my skin was breaking out worse than ever, getting flakey, blotchy, and felt raw. BTW The Microdelivery Micro-Massage Exfoliating Wash, and Peptide/Vitamin C In-Home Peel are a must also. You will look like you have the best esthetician in the world.
