I've heard many great things about the Mario Badescu line. I was hoping for a daily facial wash that will remove all my makeup. However, this cleansing gel is really gentle and it leaves my skin feeling soft but after washing this off, it feels like I still have residue left on my face. My skin does not feel clean at all! It has a really soapy scent and when I put it on my face, my eyes start to burn. After using this one time, I returned it back to Ulta. Was not impressed at all!

But here goes AGAIN..... The color was not what I was hoping. I bought the pinkish red color but when I applied it on, it was more of a bright fuchsia color. I was hoping for it to be more red. It promises to be moisturizing but I find it quite lacking in that department. I had to keep reapplying it in order for it to be moisturizing.

I didn't think this would make such a huge difference on my skin but it does! I was extremely surprised. Fromheadtotoe raved about this product on her Youtube channel so I got a free trial size of this from Ulta just to test it out to see how I would feel about it. At first I couldn't tell right away but I would always find myself reaching for this product all the time after putting on my foundation. It turns ANY foundation or BB cream or tinted moisturizer into this perfect airbrush finish. It leaves my skin sooooo smooth hence the name and hides my large pores extremely well while taking away my shine. The powder is white but when applied, it doesn't show up at all so your foundation stays true to color. I suggest not using this by itself without no foundation underneath because it left my skin really dry and that's how you know how much oil it absorbs by just itself. Tarte has seemed to impress me a lot these days. I've tried so far 3 of their products and am completely in love with it and this product is no exception!

I was hoping for this product to smooth out my skin and hide my pores but it did neither. It left my skin really pale and chalky. It took away my shine for a while but not for long. I would say this product is better to neutralize your too-bright blush but not really good for over foundation. This was supposed to be "translucent" but it left my foundation really white like a ghost.

No pigmentation at all. It's like almost putting nothing on. As soon as I put this on, the color fades away under one hour. I got this in Twinkle Pink and it's very powdery. It seems to have a lot of fallouts. Can't complain much since it was really cheap anyways.

I don't know why this product is so hyped about. It left my skin really dry and tight after washing it off AND I have oily skin too. I liked how my skin felt really clean but I would have loved to keep some of the moisturizing properties but this just seems to strip away every ounce of moisture from my face. I always have to use a face moisturizer after this or else my face is too uncomfortably dry.

I have never had another skin cleanser do this to my face but after you wash it off, your skin is left feeling really soft almost as if there is still residue left on your face. It is such a weird feeling I couldn't get used to. I just felt like my face wasn't clean enough after using this. I have oily skin so I think it would be better suited for someone with dry or sensitive skin since this has a moisturizing effect after you wash it off.

However I have oily skin since this cleanser is advertised suited to that kind of skin type as well. It is claimed to be a "foaming" cleanser but I find that it doesn't really foam well. I have to use a lot just to get it to foam even a little. I like how this washes off easily leaving no residue. I also like how it doesn't leave my skin dry and clingy like the Cetaphil cleanser but this doesn't remove my makeup well at all.

I have this in the orange one which is the Deep Exfoliating Scrub and I love it. The sponge comes in handy and it does really feel like it cleans better than just using your fingers. It doesn't leave my face dry and clingy. Only downfall to this is that I wish the scrubs were a little smaller but that's all. Overall great product!

Love how this mascara doesn't clump at all even after applying 3 coats of this. However, I don't like how it has more of a watery base so it doesn't thicken as well as I would've liked. It has such a uniquely designed brush that instead of the bristles running straight vertically like most mascaras I've tried, they run diagonally if you know what I mean. I love how this doesn't flake or smudge so it's actually good for those pesky lower lashes. And it does seem to hold a curl well although not the best without an eyelash curler. Would not say I would repurchase because it didn't give as much volume as I would've liked for my skimpy straight lashes and also it made my eyes super watery.
