this really works. i did the best test ever. i live in los angeles and i went to the zoo on a day when it was over 100 degrees. i applied my primer potion under my bobbi brown eye shadow. i was at the zoo from 11 in the morning until 4 30 in the evening. at the end of the day my eye shadow looked like how it did when i left home in the morning and i absolutely did not reapply my eye shadow.

i first heard about this when i saw an ad in a magazine. i was like i have to try this. so i went to the store adn saw the price and i was like what 12 dollars. for eyeliner from a drugstore. ok i still bought it cause if i don't like it i can return it. so i tried and and yes i liked it. so i no longer regret buying it.
