An aveda consultant suggested I switch from Color Conserve shampoo and conditioner to the Smooth Infusion shampoo and style prep. Allure gave this product an excellent review, so I decided to try it. After my first use I have found it really cuts down on static fly-aways and leaves my hair looking almost ironed. I may have used too much product (two pumps) though, because I am not as satisfied with the shine level.

I like almost every Bobbi Brown product except their lipgloss (and mascara). I agree with previous reviewers that the brush is a mess.You can't get your own brush down there, or any other applicator. I love the color Rose Sugar, but end up leaving a lot behind in the tube when I can't get to the product. I have written directly to B.B. about this problem.

I have rarely been disappointed by a Bobbi Brown product, but this is it. It flakes off and falls into my contact lenses. It gives raccoon eyes in the A.M. if you don't get it off completely. It does not do anything but darken the lashes- no lengthening or curling.

I have been delighted with the results of using this shampoo, and so has my colorist. It keeps the reddish blonde highlights going strong and my brown base tone in. The smell and texture are nice, and it lasts a long time. Try it with the matching conditioner.

I have tried so many mascaras-really expensive ones- and this is THE BEST. I can't believe you've only given it 3.5 points! It defines the lashes and makes all the little ones stand out. I have relatively sensitive eyes with mascara and I have had zero problems with it flaking or rubbing off. The brush is a little hard to get into the case, but that is minor.
