I develop dry red patches, particularly in the winter. I have tried numerous moisturizers over the last couple of years and Creme de la Mer is hands down the best I've used. It clears up my redness and dryness within a day or so. I've tried to find another less expensive product to replace it without success.

Philosophy Hope in a Jar for Dry Sensitive Skin

Great for normal skin

I'm in an annoying combination skin phase in which my forehead and the area around my nose is dry and my lower face is mildly oily. I've been seeking something to deal with the dryness while not causing my chin to break out. Hope in a Jar is not it. While a pleasant texture it does nothing for my dry sensitive skin and the quest will continue.

N.V. Perricone Intensive Moisture Therapy

If you like the Sahara on you face

I have a dry patches on my forehead and under my eyes. In my quest to find a moisturizer to replace the uber expensive creme de la mer that works wonders on my dry skin I tried Intensive Moisture Therapy and was beyond dismayed. It took my moderately dry skin and turned it into a veritable desert with no oasis in sight. It seemed to actually suck whatever moisture was left in my skin right out. My quest continues.
