I love to eat healthy foods and stay away from red meat.  Not a vegetarian, just don't like red meat.  I love to cook and am always looking for new recipes to try.

I have taken good care of my skin since I was 15, I am now 47 and my dermatologist says I have very good skin with no signs of aging.  Good skin care has paid off!  The products you use do not have to be expensive, just good quality products.

I've used Avon Anew products since I was a young girl, they really do work.  I'm living proof of it.
