When the color creme is not defective

I have used this color for several years and I absolutely LOVE it and receive many compliments on it. However, THREE times out of the last five times I have attempted to color my hair, upon opening the color creme tube I found it was the color of BLUE CHEESE. Grey-blue streaks in the white creme. I called the Customer Service line and was mailed coupons THE FIRST TIME. The next time I was treated like a total scammer and ignored. As much as I like this color I don't care for Garnier. Garnier obviously don't care about me.
