I'm 50 & still have very oily skin, but a lot of the acne products aimed at "youngsters" :-) are way too harsh for my skin. This product helps keep the oil under control - keeping blocked pores on my chin to a minimum, as well as helping with the blackheads around my nose, all without drying out my skin excessively. And the shine control is awesome. I first tried it as part of a medibac kit - liked it enough to purchase the full size!

I liked the easy of application of this top coat. And it does seem to last a while. But it seemed to take as long as a regular top coat to dry. It may have had something to do with the 3 coats of color I had to put on to see color from the polish. I usually use OPI's RapiDry top coat, which dries very quickly, and the Borghese top coat took much longer, although it does last & have a nice shine.

I FINALLY found the color I was looking for in Borghese's Amalfi Melon. And I loved the "dual" brush - it does make it easy to get the polish on with almost one stroke, 2 max. However, I was a little concerned when I noticed how watery the polish seemed to be in the bottle. When it took me 3 coats of polish to see any kind of significant color on my nails, I was sure it was a faulty bottle. I went back to exchange it for another, and found that all the Borghese polishes are similar in consistency. With base coats & top coats, I don't want to have 5 plus coats of polish on my nails on the first application (I tend to apply additional coats later in the week) - and the color was still pretty transparent at that point (I could still see where the tips ended & the nailbed started)! So I'm giving this polish a middle range for a beautiful color & easy application, but horrible coverage.

My hair is fine & rather limp, so I only use light spray-on conditioners (and only at the ends). This product had so many rave reviews I had to try it, although it is rather pricey. I hate to say it, but I didn't notice much difference over other salon-type spray conditioners I've used. And unlike everybody else (it seems) I absolutely hate the scent! It smells like overbearing perfume to me and drives me crazy every time my hair moves in front of my face. As a result, I tend to use it only when I'm running around & my hair is going to be in a ponytail anyway...

I'm 49 and have decent skin - on the oily side & not a lot of wrinkles (yet). I wanted something that would help firm my skin without breaking it out, like a lot of the heavier creams or serums do. I love the texture of my skin using this and I have no increase in blocked pores or blackheads. Although I like the pump, I didn't like that there was no way to open it to get the last little bit out when I was running low. I did re-purchase this product recently.

I'm 49, and don't have a lot of wrinkles yet (good genes + good skincare + sunglass fanatic since I was 16). I tend to have oily skin, so I can't use heavy eyecreams without getting milia. I LOVE this eye cream. It's light, but moisturizing, doesn't leave my eyelids greasy (no raccoon eyes from mascara smears) and helps with puffiness. I also like the pump applicator - I hate digging into a little pot. I'll have to see if it's enough when winter's drying weather comes around, but for now - I'm loving this stuff! And it's not outrageously priced either.
