I have tried several of the Vita Liberata tanning products, and my first time trying the rapid tan mousse was when I received it as a mini sample from a Sephora order. Once I was done with the sample I immediately went out and purchased the full size. I keep the rapid tan mousse around for those days when I need to be tan but do not have the time to wait overnight for a tan to develop. The mousse is DARK (allow me to emphasize that again: DARK) when you first apply it to your skin. There is almost a green tint to the mousse. It doesn't bother me because I usually chose to not go out of the house when I have this on. After showering the results are an even, deep tan, with the same results as if I had slept overnight with regular tanning mouse on my body.

This is one of my favorite high-end self tanners. I find myself constantly going back to this product time and time again, and have been doing so since college. This was the first self-tanning product I picked up when I decided to stop using tanning beds, and it made a good transition from the deep and dark tan I was used to from using tanning beds 3-4 times per week. The scent is probably the best of all self-tanners I have ever tried. Also, the color has never transferred from my skin to clothing or bedding. The product washes off in the shower and leaves a beautiful, even tan.

Vita Liberata Phenomenal 2-3 Week Tan Mousse

I have tried several of the Vita Liberata self-tan products. Even with proper exfoliating before applying the tan and proper moisturizing after, do not expect it to last 2-3 weeks as claimed. In order to maintain the desired level of tan you will have to apply at least once per week. Any longer and the tan will begin to fade. However, the actual tan that this product does give you is a beautiful, natural deep tan. The smell while it is on your skin is sweet and not overpowering. Also, I have never had an issue with it transferring onto clothes or bedding.
