After using the long and strong my hair grew a least 4 inches or more in just 2 months. It also made my hair a lot softer and healthier looking and added a nice shine to it. I would also recommend the conditioner.

Dove Pro Age Beauty Bar

Great

I've been using dove soap since i was young. Actually I don't remember ever not using it. My parents started me on it. So for the past year maybe they have been buying the pro age bar. It is so great!! My skin stays mosturized and soft all day.

St. Ives Nourish & Soothe Oatmeal & Shea Butter Body Lotion

I love this lotion!!!!

This lotion is quite possibly one of the best i have ever used. I like that it is some what thicker than other lotions and it leaves your skin filling smooth and soft. It also smells great.
