I think this product is great; does the job it is supposed to do. I have fine but heavy volume hair, unusual combination. So this product detangles my fine hair first, then it softens it while I blow dry. I usually do not blow dry 100%, about 80%, then I set it in one large curler overnight, and in the morning I have a perfect face frame, smooth and soft until next washing. I can't find this product in the stores anymore, but I stock up on line because it is the best of its kind for what it is supposed to do. Love it!
