I was very pleased with the Shampoo. Immediately after washing, I noticed that my hair felt silkier even before using the conditioner. The conditioner was as good as expected - but didn't leave me with the 'wow' factor that the shampoo did. The one weird thing was that the 'treatment' that came with the sample didn't have any instructions at all....had to go online to find out how long they recommend to leave it in. All in all - pretty good!
