Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser

Ugh.

After reading many articles extolling the virtues of Cetaphil, I decided to give it a try. My skin is very sensitive and somewhat dry. After only 2 uses, I looked as if I had eczema. I had dry, red scaly patches all over my face. I immediately went back to my old cleanser (philosophy purity) and it took about a week to get my skin looking normal. If you are trying this for the first time because its "gentle" for your sensitive skin, buy the smallest size possible and I wish you the best of luck.

It's so worth the money!

Hands down this is the best way to wash and gently exfoliate your face, neck and décolleté. I have had the brush for two months and have not had a single breakout. My skin has never been softer, rough/dry spots are pretty much non-existent. Also, I have very sensitive skin but as long as my face is wet, there is not irritation. I should have bought this brush a long time ago because my skin is so pretty now!

Nothing special

Nothing to get excited about and it does smell chemically. It's an okay mascara but it won't give you the mile long lashes promised. Your normal lashes will just be a darker color. Good for a natural look.

I have very dry skin, especially now that winter is almost here. This product is so moisturizing that if I miss a day of lotion, my skin still looks pretty good. My husband (who never notices much of anything) even has commented on the softness of my skin.

E.L.F. Foundation Brush

How Can They Only Charge a Dollar?

This brush is a much higher quality than you'd expect for only a dollar. It equals or surpasses many of the other foundation brushes I have tried. The only improvement I would make is for the hairs to be a bit more stiff. They tend to flop around a bit so you have to work to get the right coverage. For a dollar (versus $20 ), this is a very small hassle.

Softens and Smooths, but Don't Expect Any Miracles

Since using this product, I have noticed a difference in my dry skin. It has definitely smoothed thing out and diminished my winter flakiness. However, the claims of wrinkle and pore reduction...haven't seen that yet over 3 months of use. My little bit of wrinkles and pores on my nose look exactly the same. I will definitely keep buying it during the winter months because it does improve the look of my skin. I just won't expect it to do anything else. Also, the tube lasts for quite a long time so don't be put off by the price. And Target almost always has it in stock if you are looking to get your hands on it.

Great Product But Not For Use When Skin is Overly Dry

Being a (mostly) natural girl, BareMinerals is a great product for achieving a natural, light look. The product flawlessly covers minor imperfections and "airbrushes" most skin discoloration away. You look good but not like you are wearing makeup. My only issue is that I cannot use this product during the winter months. My skin is much too dry and the product seems to highlight every dry patch and flake. Using moisturizer before applying does not seem to help.

This product is great for getting your hair to lay straight all day long! What I love about this product versus other cheaper ones is that my hair looks good with minimal effort and as the day wears on, my hair looks the same. Other products tend to make my hair look greasy/stringy as the day wears on. This product keeps it looking as good as if I just blew it straight. It is well worth the price, especially when you can get your hands on the larger size.

Clinique Liquid Facial Soap

Try this, you'll like it if you have very sensitive skin!

The very mild cleanser is the best I have ever found for my sensitive, dry skin which seems to be allergic to every product under the sun. (Even Cetaphil makes me look like I have eczema if I use it more than once). My skin has looked very good since I have begun using this product. The dry patches and red skin are nearly non-exsistent. There is no tightness in the skin after using this product, even before any moisturizer is applied.
