I have been using this for 2 months now - everyday - and have noticed a difference - friends have asked if I am wearing false lashes or Latisse. Long term effects are great! Short-term - it isnt as "volumizing" as other mascaras - but gives great definition and doesnt flake off during the day (ie no black flecks under eyes at the end of the day).

I was so excited to try this and actually believed the marketing claims. This offered no lengthening or 'shocking" benefits - this should be called a "barely there" mascara bc I could hardly tell I was even wearing it. Very disappointed. I should have done research here first and saved myself $10!

I've tried many "curl enhancing" lotions/ cremes, and this one ranks as the worst. I was super excited to try it - considering it cost +$25 - but alas it wasnt the best match for my hair. I have super wavy/ soft curly/ coarse hair that is bleached/ colored. After applying it on damp hair, about an hour later - it still looked "wet" or "crunchy" (but was not crunchy - still soft to touch), and felt "gummy." Throughout the day, I tried to run my fingers through my hair, and they kept getting caught and then my hands felt like there was a film or residue on them afterward. This gets one star for the spa-like, herb-ly scent.

This is a GREAT conditioner! I have double processed hair (a brunette disguised as a blonde), and this is one of the few products that makes my hair shiny again! And helps to seal off my over-bleached ends. Worth the splurge!

The whole system really help tone my lower part of the body. The key to using it though is also in conjuntion with a good work-out routine and diet - you cant just expect to put on a cream and have it work miracles (which is probably why so many other reviewers had bad things to say). I have been using it for 6 months and my bottom half has never looked better in a bikini!
