It's a very fine grit exfoliant, that literally looks like mud all over your skin. The only downside is that it gets everywhere in the shower (shower curtain, walls, etc.) if you aren't careful- but even then, it still washes off. It's big enough to use more than once, just break it in half before jumping in the shower. Make sure skin is wet, add a little water, start rubbing into skin, enjoy and rinse!

While on my honeymoon, I stumbled upon a Lush store, and after doing the hand makeover the girl was showing me, I really wanted the Ocean Salt. My husband reluctantly bought it, and oddly enough I think he ended up using it more than I did. It's great for exfoliating. We used it mostly on our hands and bodies, instead of on the face like they advertise as another use. It's a coarse grit, but not too coarse to where its scratching you. Smells great!

Lush bath bombs are incredible! Not only do they all smell great, but they are all designed to nourish your skin in different ways. Not to mention, some of them are just plain fun! "Big blue" is my favorite, turning my bath water into a pretty, ocean blue!
