  • Peter Thomas Roth Un-Wrinkle Foundation

I got lucky. The lightest shade matches me perfectly. I think this foundation is geared towards older woman. I'm not old but since I have extremely dry skin, fine lines show up more on me than on oily skinned people. So my biggest concern is foundation sinking into fine lines and looking fake. This doesn't at all, it in fact plumps. I love how it's oil free and it feels nice. Its not full coverage and its not sheer. It's a little under medium which is perfect for me. I don't think someone with oily skin would like this though.. edit:this was too sheer for the price

  • Korres Natural Products Ginger and Vitamins Foundation

wow! i found my hg everyday foundation. i cant help but ramble on about this.. its everything it claims to be! it is lightweight and VERY natural looking! it has vitamins c and e. the lightest color, L1, matches me perfectly and my biggest turn off with foundations is how they look in natural light outdoors. usually foundations look mask like or a completely different color. not this! it lasts for hours with me but i dont get oily. honestly, the coverage isnt the best if you need alot, but what i do is apply a light coating all over. it doesnt cover my blemishes but my skin instantly looks brighter and even beautifully. then i go back over one more time and apply little more over trouble areas. my skin looks awesome! i just need a bit of concealar for spots.. ive tried sooooo many foundations from high end to drug store brands and omg, this is amazing. the price is pretty steep but i think its worth it for the benefits in this foundation. i feel good knowing im looking good and not putting a bunch of weird toxins on my skin. edit: this is no linger my hg but its still a very nice foundation. there was nothing about it that wowed me.

  • Origins Stay Tuned Balancing Face Makeup

My hg forever. For almost a year and a half, I've been on the most unsuccessful hunt for that hg foundation that it seemed almost every woman had but me. One day while in dillards, I was once again scanning all the different foundations. I decided to get Dior nude (which I love) and a sample of this stay tuned. I tried both on either side of my face and I could not tell a difference at all! They both looked beautiful and flawless. One was almost 50 ( you know which one) and the origins was 22. In short, I love this foundation. I'm so glad I found my hg. Also probably not best for oily skin edit: this is still a nice foundation but it seemed to melt of my face within ten min. the coverage was like a tinted moisturizer

  • Clinique Supermoisture Makeup

Today I went to the clinique counter to return my even better foundation thinking I'd try the moisture surge tinted moisturizer. Well I had a hard time deciding between the super moisture or moisture surge. The moist. Surge was a small bottle. But the supermoisture I noticed has shimmer in it. Well I chose this even though I was scared about the shimmer. I hurried and tried it on. O my word. I fell n love. One, the shimmer wasn't bad at all! Two, this is exactly what I was looking for because its so dewy and I looked glowy. Three, it doesn't look like I'm wearing anything and my skin doesn't feel dry and tight. Four, the coverage totally surprised me. Its not full but its not sheer. Its perfect. Five, the color I got is dead on. I'm in love with this and I think edit: ok the shimmer is a little too much in day light haha but its still a nice foundation

  • Clinique Even Better Makeup SPF 15

my favorite used to be mac prolong wear but since i found this, i love it for everyday use instead. mac is still really nice but its kinda drying. this lasts all day and my skin looks so pretty. ive even noticed that it has reduced my old acne scars :D awesome! edit: i never use this anymore.. the color i started to notice was way to pink for me. like a hot dog color. and i started to feel suffocated.

  • Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation

i loved this at first. it looked so beautiful. but i noticed the coverage was horrible and i had to use a bunch of concealar... i also turned orange an hour later :/ and it lasts about 3 hrs. also too expensive edit: i wrote that review 7 months ago and i tried it one more time since then. my skin has changed dramatically and i thought id give it a go. my quest was for a foundation that will look natural but still give me coverage. this gave medium coverage but it creased in everything. i looked ten years older! i just looked flat and old

  • Iman Second to None Stick Foundation.

i know this brand is mostly for darker complexion but let me tell you, i am a ghost! im paler than casper in the winter but since ive been tanning, ive become so much darker and the lightest shade of iman stick foundation matches almost perfect. its still a tiny bit to dark but ill get there. anyway on the product lol. this stick is awesome. im gonna make it summer hg foundation. ive tried so many foundations. dior, chanel, smashbox, laura mercier to name a few. they were nice but i felt like i smothered my face in paint. so i bought this and i love it! its not dry but its not creamy either. so its not gonna slide around your face. theres no sparkle, no shimmer and it dries matte. i use this as a concealer anywhere i need color correction. i havent used it all over because i dont like looking made up. but the best part is... this covers acne scars like no other. i swear to god. i have mild acne scarring along my jaw and one swipe. just one! covers them completely/ i couldnt believe it. better than any concealer ever that ive tried. now i dont bother with concealer. i just dust some clinique sheer matte to help blend it in. its also only 16 dollars compared to the bobbi brown stick which is like 40$. the only cons are fair people cant use this unless the wanted to contour with it. and it becomes alittle bit oily as the day goes by but honestly i dont know if its the powder or this.
