it does turn into little balls but if you rub it in good, they go away and smooth out instantly. my skin is dry so i only use this on my cheeks to mask my pores.

honestly.... ive never used this and i know its not a good test, but while i was at sephora, i took a pump of this on one hand and blended, and did the same with makeup forever hd on the other. the nars looked so caked and dry, my hand looked gross. but the makeup forever loked beautiful and smooth.., Update!!! I absolutely hated this. So dry and chalky
