This is one of the very few items I LOVE from ELF. The primer works great and the liner/sealant part is excellent to use with regular eyeshadow. Instead of dipping the liner into shadow, I use the liner alone around my eye and then I use a small brush to dab the shadow on top of the clear liner/sealant. It works like a charm!
