what i like about this body scrub is that it isn't harsh. it is tough enough to exfloliate your body but is soft enough to not dry your skin. after you use the body scrub, the little scrubbers turn into soap which is really helpful cause then after your shower, you are not left with grains on the bottom of your shower or bath. i only wish this was better at moisturizing.

the "good bye cellulite" line from nivea works REALLY good but works the patches work best when combined with the gel cream. if used with the gel cream, use the patches at least two times a week. the patches do roll down so what i did was buy some biker shorts (the skin tight shorts) and use that to keep the patches on while i slept. (it is better to wear them while you sleep since the box recommends you wear them for at least five or eight hours). it is to my opinion that this product would not work well by itself but well in combination with the gel cream.

This stuff really does work. You won't see any results within a week or two but you will after continued use, I promise. Also, in order to maintain your results, you need to continously use this. In the beginning of last year I used this gel cream in combination with the patches which work great together but if you do not want to spend that much money, the gel cream works good as well by itself. you might not want to go too long without using this though because you almost instantly start to see your results "reversing", in i say, about a week. for best results, use twice daily. will still work if you use it once a day but will take longer for you to see results. This is one of the only anti-cellulite products sold over the counter that actually works.

i have bad blackheads, quite noticeably, on my nose. i would say my skin is combination. i use the pore strips twice a week, once on wednesday/thursday and once on sunday. this is a product that you have to CONTINUOUSLY USE in order to make your blackheads stay away. i use them after i have showered and leave the strip on for 15 minutes before i remove it. it works everytime. each time, though, as you use it, you'll see less and less blackheads removed onto the strip but because you shouldn't have as many blackheads remaining.

I am 23 years old and used this as a recommendation to reduce puffiness and that "tired eye" look. it doesn't really work that great. i use it ever day and night and the only difference i have seen is that it makes my skin soft around my eyes. sometimes, the cream flakes off if you apply your makeup over it, even after waiting an hour or more after it has dried. i bought my container in april and i still have enough to use today in august. it lasts a long time.
