I've used a lot of different toners in my life, and wouldn't have thought one could be really special. Then I tried Bobbi Brown Soothing Face Tonic, and I was definitely hooked! It has a clean, pleasant lavender scent. Feels great on the skin. The most amazing thing is, I used it for about a week, and my skin really was noticeably better. My pores appeared smaller (and this was during the hot, humid summer when they're at their worst!) It does seem to leave a slightly sticky film behind, but not enough to be bothersome. Just leaves the skin a little shiny. I always wear a light moisturizer and foundation, so that's covered up, anyway. I highly recommend trying this. It's expensive, but well worth it!

Sephora Colorful Pro Eyeshadow Palette

Beware the glitter!

Oh, how I wanted to like this. The colors are absolutely gorgeous, and they enhanced my hazel-brown eyes so well. But it seems like all or most of them are very glittery. Not shimmer, but actual glitter. All I did was try this on in Sephora, and I ended up with glitter all over my undereyes, cheeks, etc. Maybe it got on my hands from picking up the palette. Being a contact lens wearer, I really don't want chunky glitter near my eyes. And being older than a school girl, I don't want glitter all over my face! I wish Sephora would make these seem colors, but in a SHIMMER formula.

I absolutely love Frederic Fekkai Glossing shampoo, conditioner and cream. The products contain olive oil, yet they do not leave my hair oily at all. Just clean, fluffy and very shiny. These products have a nice, subtle fragrance. I like to vary the products I use on my hair, so I save these for when I want to look my very best!
