I bought Garnier HerbaShine because I wanted to be gentle to my hair while giving it just a little blond color boost and shine (as in the product's name). I was disappointed with this product. I did not like the smell it had and it did not add any shine to my hair. I did get a bit of color lightening, but instead of shine, my hair felt more coarse and looked more dull than before coloring.

I started in the mineral makeup arena with Bare Escentuals. I was able to match my skin tone well, but could not continue to use it due to skin itching. I tried stopping, re-using, etc. and hadn't changed any other skin care products but got an irritating itchy feeling not long after the makeup was applied. I have since found Earth Angel Minerals with out the Bismuth and have no problem with itching.

I have been using the Olay Pro-X Wrinkle Smoothing Cream for nearly 3 weeks now & haven't noticed anything great going on. I'm using it around the tiny outer eye wrinkles and light forehead wrinkles I have and didn't see any change yet. At least it hasn't irritated my skin.

I tried samples of some of the Nude products and liked the Cleansing Facial Oil very much. I have very sensitive, odd skin with dry, oily, and irritated areas and this worked well. It seemed much lighter than DHC and left my skin feeling refreshed over all the areas. No problems with break outs, clogged pores, or shine.
