I tried this in the Home for the Holidays palette in amaryllis which is a pink/rose/mauve, like your lips but better color. It would be perfect for every skin tone. I was surprised how nicely it worked on both lips and cheeks. It is a sheer tint of color, but pigmented enough to show up and definitely buildable. It feels nice, not too dry or oily. It looks pretty on both lips and cheeks because it is more matte with some dimension to it. It does not highlight pores and wrinkles like the shinier cheek products. It is great for reducing clutter as it is a 2 in 1 product. I really liked it.

Everyone should and likely does gave cotton swabs as a staple in their house. They are such a versatile tool from cleaning ears (stay out of the ear canal, please), to applying makeup, smudging eyeliner, cleaning up band touching up liner and mascara oopsies, and cleaning up nail polish on the nail edges. They are also great for household cleaning like woodwork crevices, keyboards, and switches. The Q-tip brand is the only cotton swab I will buy because it is by far the best quality. The cotton is soft and gentle, yet adheres well to the stick. There is enough cotton on the tip to prevent the stick from scratching. The stick is also firm and does not fall apart. It is a household, must have staple. It is a great multipurpose tool for travel and inexpensive. What's not to like?

This is absolutely a must have in your travel case! The plastic case is very durable plastic that easily and securely snaps shut so they don't fall out and stay clean. So far mine has lasted forever, so I just refill it with more Q- tips. Q-tips are such a versatile multipurpose tool, that I always make sure I have some on hand. They are great for cleaning ears (keep them out of your ear canal, please), applying, touching up, or cleaning up makeup. They are great for cleaning up nail polish mistakes and even cleaning small crevices of jewelry and household items. This brand is very high quality. The sticks are sturdy and stiff. The cotton is soft and gentle, yet firmly attached to keep it shape and stay adhered to the stuck, there is also enough cotton at the end of the stick to prevent scratching by the stick. They are really the highest quality swats. I love the quality travel case for my bag or purse. I never had it open accidentally either. Love this,

I got a travel pack of these to try in a Vaseline review box from Totalbeauty . I always have Q-tips on hand at home-they are one of those things you would take if you were deserted on a desert island and could only have a few things. I like the Q-tip brand because the tips are soft enough to be very gentle, but well made, high quality so that the cotton does not come apart or expose the stick and cause scratching. I had never tried the precision tips before. I really prefer them. They are awesome to clean up mascara or eyeliner mistakes with a tiny bit of makeup remover. You can clean up the mistake without messing up the rest of your makeup. You can also use another precision tip to smudge or apply makeup to touch up the area with the mistake. They are also awesome for cleaning up nail polish around the nails edges, for those of us that have a hard time staying in the lines. These are also awesome for cleaning switches, keypads, and crevices on woodwork. Talk about versatility! These are really the best swabs out there. Can't be without these. One of the best inventions and multipurpose tools ever!

I never tried this brand before. It is pricey, and I was going to deduct a point just for the price, but I am so impressed with it. I got it in the color "My Dad Invented That" which is a gunmetal color with mostly silver and a tiny bit if blue and fuschia micro glitter in it. It goes on slightly thick but very opaque- great color payoff and super sparkly in just one coat. The other thing that really impressed me was how much glitter was in it and even better, how evenly the glitter applies. In some glitter polishes, the glitter is sparse and does not deposit evenly. This one is awesome. I applied 2 coats and it lasts, too. Highly recommended. I am eager to try out other varieties to see if they all live up to this color. The only thing is that it chipped off faster than my China Glaze. I am going to try it out with a base and topcoat. The color and glitter affect are so cool.

I tried this in Velvet Bow which is a deep purple, winey red. The first coat actually reminded me exactly of a merlot wine. The first coat applied kind of like a stain. It was streaky and translucent. The second coat made it deeper, darker, richer, and opaque. I am not sure if this intentional, like the jelly affect polishes. It is really pretty and lasted like other quality polishes. I love the color and gloss. The price is reasonable.

I tried this eye shadow in Blushed, which is a matte peachy pink. I was so impressed with this shadow. It is silky, very pigmented, lasts all day, does not crease pm and is suitable for sensitive skin. It comes in cute, packaging with a magnetic closure and a rhinestone on top. The only reason I did not give it a perfect score is that for $18, I wish it would have come with an applicator. They have a huge range of colors and finishes. I highly recommend this and plan to try more colors.

This tinted lip balm is a perfect 10! It is a must have for your purse, desk, and cosmetic stash, plus it is so affordable you can buy a bunch. The balm is buttery and moisturizing, but not greasy. It does not creep. It comes in a great range of colors. I tried this in Shukran, which is a dark rose-one of those "like your lip colors, but better" colors. It is pigmented, but subtle, great for quick on the go application where you don't have time for precision, casual every day, to protect and moisturize your lips, or a nice, very natural look. It lasts. I have very sensitive, allergy prone skin and this product works well for me. It may have a very slight fruity flavor, fragrance that I detect, but so slight, I am not sure. I love this balm, even better than the luxe department store varieties. If you have not tried this, you should! It is a real bargain.

This balm lipstick comes in gorgeous colors, has great pigmentation, goes on smoothly and lasts for a good amount of time and is creamy without bleeding. The downfall is that being a balm, I expected it to moisturize my lips. Instead it dried out and irritated my lips because it is minty. Mint is known to irritate skin. If they left that particular ingredient out, it would be a winner. I would suggest trying a different balm and getting a tin at mints or pack of gum for better results.

I almost never polish my nails at home because between being interrupted by my kids, pets, and not being able to sit still while my nails dry, I always ruin them and get polish on something. I am also not good at staying in the lines. These are awesome, very easy to apply, there is no drying time, no smudges or dings. My nails grow out of the polish at the nail bed before they chip or wear off. They look like a salon quality manicure because they are strips of actual polish, not stickers. I tried the cloud nine French manicure. You see which tip size will fit your nail, peel, stick, and stretch over the end of the nail, then file the excess off with the included file. You repeat with a strip of clear polish that covers the entire nail using the same technique. Easy to do, no dry time so you can stop in the middle and continue later without messing it up (great for busy moms) it can also be repositioned to a point. It is more expensive, but less messy and more convenient than polish. It is cheaper than a salon visit. It does take some work to remove it with nail polish remover. Live these, well worth it!
