I won a sample of this product. My hair is thick but fine, and over the last few years has gone from straight to somewhat wavy. I used 3-4 drops as instructed, but nothing really happened other than the next day I woke up with limp flat hair. Not for me, I guess!

I purchased the bronze tint from Sephora a little while ago after reading a few raves. It's not particularly moisturizing, but the color is lovely and stays on longer than you would expect for a lip balm. I'm not sure I would buy it again because of the cost, but I'm happy to have tried it out -- the 7 stars are because of the price, not the product!

I work in about an apple-sized pouf of mousse, use a diffuser on my blow dryer, and scrunch my hair as it dries. Voila! Soft, wavy, bouncy hair. (My hair is fine, thinning, and stick straight.) Will buy again!

I have fine, straight, thinning, chin length color-treated hair that's about a week away from the next color and cut. Usually this is when I put a bag over my head and run past any mirrors, but not since I found this shampoo. My hair is soft, but has shape and movement, and even the fading color and my poor roots seem to be shinier and glossier. I use it with the regular NG conditioner and I'll never buy another product. If it's from the gooseberry, give me more! It's a little pricey but you don't use a lot so I can see it lasting for a long long time. Love it!

It does exactly what it promises: smooths your neck and gives you a little bit of a jiggly-lift. One pump dispenses a tiny amount, which is all you need. There's a bit of a grapefruit scent that doesn't last. I use it day and night after cleansing and before moisturizing. I think it was about $45 but for how long it lasts and the results it gives it's well worth the $$.

I tried both this and the Glimmering Gold shampoo and was completely disappointed. This came in a two-part bottle so you could "mix" the level of conditioner and color enhancer you wanted. The conditioner didn't detangle my hair and the color enhancer didn't enhance it. It had a strange odor, too. I finally tossed both items -- an expensive lesson learned.

I absolutely hated this shampoo -- and at $36/bottle it was an expensive lesson. The scent was very offputting and it didn't lather worth a darn. I had to shampoo twice and even then my hair was snarly and didn't feel clean. I didn't notice any color enhancement either.
