Some of my favorite Clinique eye shadows are some of the Stay Mattes! I love night plum, slate, and stone violet in particular. These go on really lovely and blend super easily with any eye shadows. I've even paired them with MAC and they still look good (as long as a proper base is beneath them)! These can be used as liner too if you wet your brush before applying them. I really, really love them.

I'm torn. I love the magenta lip pencil (a pretty hot pink shade), but I don't feel like it's smooth on my lips at all. It feels quite drying, actually, and does drag a little. However, it stayed on all night through cocktails, lipstick reapplications, and lots of laughter!

This mascara has a really pretty look and when used properly, will last all day! One trick is to hold it at the very tip of your lashes (once you've drawn upward) and it will help to keep the curl on all day. I don't even use an eyelash curler anymore!

Sure, this eyeliner will go on super smoothly and is easy to smudge, but it does NOT live up to its claims! It is supposed to be water and transfer resistant, and I have found it to be neither! I have very dry skin (i.e. not oily AT ALL) and this eyeliner moves on me just hours after I've put it on. Being under unforgiving fluorescent lights all day means that I can't have a liner like this. It makes me sad because so many other people love it and it comes in beautiful colors like Violet and Smokey Brown. :(

Sunkissed is the only color of this powder that I can viably wear. It has a subtle shimmer that doesn't show on the skin and is the most natural looking of the three colors. It doesn't go on orange at all (like Sunblushed does) and has a nice light feel. It mixes really easily with blush as well, and I do recommend using a nice fluffy brush to apply it, rather than the short, buffer brush that comes with it.

I wear the very dry skin formula of super defense during the day and I love it. The sunscreen smell is a little off-putting, but the formula is thick, creamy, and goes a really long way. I do feel like I have a tiny bit of shine after using it (it's not oil-free) so I wear a natural matte to matte powder on top to try and control that mess. All in all, I like.

I find that Clinique's yellow powders (both this one and the new pressed version) just don't sit well on my skin. I'm so pale that the yellow gives my skin a yellowed tint and it's just not flattering. Make sure your skin is nicely moisturized (with the daily relief cream) and exfoliated with the mild clarifying lotion before applying this over or under your makeup and you will probably love it! You get so much more out of the loose than you do the pressed version too!

Superbalanced is a neat powder. I think I actually like the packaging better than the powder itself. The innovative grater design is fantastic for grating up JUST enough powder (and subsequently not dumping too much all over your lap). The antibacterial brush is certainly a plus too (although brush cleaner is still a must), but I do prefer a larger brush for better application. I like that you can take the coverage from sheer to medium coverage just by building on a little more. Make sure to get color-matched, though, because I bought the #2 thinking it looked right and I really need the #1. Let's just say that #2 is my summer color when I'm outdoors, ha ha ha.

This powder is really light and silky. The lightest shade (Fair) fits my skintone like a glove. I love its silky feel and it's actually a little heavier than I expected, so some days I wear it alone. I love the beautiful matte finish that it provides and the SPF 15 is great. It works well with the Almost Makeup as well. It is truly my favorite powder out there!

I normally have a lot of trouble with lipliners dragging across my sensitive lips and just not working out. This liner comes in a ton of beautiful shades and really just doesn't budge. It's SUPER easy to put on and it has a creamy finish that stays put (long after the lipstick has flown the coop). I seriously could not believe how easy it was!
