I'd never heard of Aquaphor until my son's pediatrician recommended it for a minor skin irritation. Soon after, I replaced my old Vaseline with it. It's so much better. If my hands get really rough, I'll rub some on instead of hand cream at night. I use it every night on my lips. It's kind of heavy, but not as oily as Vaseline, and it seems to absorb a little better. Just a great thing to have around.

Shiseido has always had great "night creams", as I call them, but this is the best one they've ever made. I love that it has the most subtle, natural scent -- so many other brands overscent their products, but not Shiseido. The texture is sinfully smooth so that it just glides onto your face. Best of all, it is easily absorbed into the skin, so you can use it even in the day! My skin feels perfectly balanced, smooth and youthful!

After striking out with many eyebrow pencils and powders, I found the right consistency, color and lasting power with this one. I have very dark hair and eyes and use the ash shade. The consistency is just perfect and it doesn't smudge. Lasts forever too.

I hate when lipsticks have odd smells or are overly scented. It's applied right under one's nose, for goodness sake. This lipstick has no smell, goes on smoothly and lasts pretty well for a conditioning lipstick. The color P1 looks dark in the tube, but it is a really nice neutral beigy nutmeg color that flatters almost everybody. Highly recommended!

This deodorant works well, as long as you are not working out. For an all-natural deodorant, I think that's pretty good.

After reading about the possible dangers of using products with sulfates and DEA, I decided to try this shampoo. Since there are no sulfates in the product, it doesn't have the huge, bubbling and foaming effect of most shampoos. I can live without that, considering this is a healthier alternative. The nicest thing about this shampoo, aside from the health aspect, is its light, natural fragrance. Most shampoos are heavily scented, and I'd rather smell like my perfume than a shampoo. The shampoo is also very gentle and cleanses thoroughly, but gently.

I actually tried this as a last resort -- I'd been so disappointed by the overly- scented selection of shower gels available, that I tried this from Luckyscent.com when I ordered some perfume. It's so nice and subtle; just a hint of coconut. I really want to smell like my own perfume, not like a mish-mash of shampoo and body products. This just lends the prettiest coconut note to your skin and keeps your skin very moisturized too. A little goes a long way and the product is made with natural ingredients. It also benefits the people of Fiji.

You might think that you don't need this product. After all, there are Q-tips. But no, you really need this. The cotton is wrapped around the stick much more tightly than on your ordinary cotton swab, so you have greater precision to fix mistakes, etc. Also the very, very pointed tip comes in handy for fixing eyeliner, lipstick and nail polish sloppiness. The applicators are all individual wrapped - great for travel, purse, desk - but are part of one continuous plastic wrapper, kind of like the ammunition for a machine gun. Someone could make a great costume using these!

I tried the Rescue Beauty Lounge Nail polish system - complete with two primers and a top coat, along with some of their colors. I couldn't be happier! The primers really work to help apply the color more easily and then to keep it lasting longer than any other polish I've ever used. The best thing is that the manufacturers have eliminated some of the worst chemicals that are usually found in nail polish, but have managed to make a great, long-lasting polish! The color selection isn't very large, but there are shades in there for every occasion. Bravo!
