L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Explosion Carbon Black Mascara
Unique and Interesting Brush but not the best mascara for my lashes
I have the straight Asian lashes that don't hold a curl. The only way I can curl my lashes is to apply mascara first then curl with Sephora's mini plastic curler (no metal curlers). So this is what I did with this mascara. When first applied it clumps but then a few more brushes over the clumps and they are gone. The lashes do lengthen, thicken and fan out. But on my lashes it does not hold the curl very well. I prefer my current mascaras: Urban Decay Big Fatty mascara and Shu Uemura Ultimate Expression mascara. They are more lightweight and can hold a curl. Also it takes a lot longer to apply due to the small ball brush as opposed to the regular mascara brush. The advantage is by applying in small sections you have better control especially on inner corners.

Lightweight but volumizing & lengthening. Does not curl or hold a curl after curling straight lashes but it's great if you apply this first then curl your lashes. Since it's lightweight it doesn't clump. Does not give the most dramatic lashes but it gives nice natural definition.

Hydrating without being sticky/greasy. Makes hands feels soft & smooth. Highly recommend this if you have very dry skin.

Instantly makes skin feel clean, comfortable, hydrated and reduces redness. Affordable price and pump dispenser is sanitary and easy to use.

I love the bottle & pump dispenser, you can't dispense too much oil. It's not sticky or greasy but it does leave a lightweight "film" feel on my dry skin. It does not feel like it absorbs completely. I prefer a more dry oil feel. Overall it's hydrating. I would save this for winter.

for my dark brows. After filling in brows I just brush them out with a disposable mascara wand.

Perfect size to apply color to lids & crease & blending them.

Not sticky. Sunscreen. Reasonable price. Will definitely be trying more colors.

Not sure if the formula for these have been updated but I had these at the end of 2007. One in a light shimmery pink & another in metallic burgundy. Both were drying on my already dry lips. I had to top off with gloss. Just didn't work for me.

This has been around for a while but since it's plastic & I've used other plastic curlers before that did not to anything I never considered this till recently when I was looking for a travel size for my small makeup bag. This works even better on my straight & hard to curl lashes than Kevyn Aucoin's lash curler! This amazingly curls before and after I put on mascara! And it doesn't take forever to curl. Since it's plastic using this after applying mascara does not cause lashes to "stick" to the curler. I love the compact size, the handle flips out to curl then snaps back to streamline, and the extra pad is stored right on the curler! I never thought plastick would curl so well! I hope this will never be discontinued.
