Not sure about the brightening effects as I did not use this very long. It felt like any regular cleanser. It's smooth and foamy while you're using it but once it's rinsed off my skin feels very dry and tight and could not wait to moisturize.

I like the gel - easy to apply and blends evenly. Dries quickly. But I did not get the golden glow I was looking for.

I like the compact and fragrant scent but #1 Blondes did not show up on my light skin. I did not even get a glow from this as I saw on someone's blog. I prefer Too Faced Snow Bunny for bronzing and luminous glow.

When I had used this my face went from dry to normal, smooth and glowing. Would have liked it better had the moisturizer completely absorbed into my skin.

It says 'enzyme peel' did not even exfoliate my normal sensitive skin. It was like a moisturizing mask, that's it. Got this based on good reviews but did not do anything for me. Felt misled and one of the most disappointing purchases. Waste of money.

The first few days my skin felt smooth, clean and exfoliated. The next few days my normal skin became dry and flaky. This is a good exfoliator and cleanser in one but not for every day use unless you have oily skin.

I like that this is light and absorbs quickly and my normal skin is left smooth and hydrated all day. After one use my skin looked clear and luminous.
