L'Oreal Paris HiP Studio Secrets Professional Color Truth Cream Eyeliner

Great for a drugstore brand

My first experience with cream eyeliner was with the L'Oreal HiP Cream Eye Liner. I am very satisfied with it. I don't experience hardly any smudging and the liner stays very well especially if a coat of black shadow is put over it. the color is very strong and the brush that's included is great! It is a high quality angle brush with an extremely short handle. I would recommend this to anyone just starting out with cream eyeliner or even to someone looking for a cheaper alternative.

This product is everything it claims to be (oil-free) and so much more! It cuts through the most difficult eye makeup and doesn't leave my eyes oily or irritated.
