This 1 is actually an illuminator, but i love it, its meant to wear under foundation or a tinted moisturizer, or even alone, but its great as a highlighter too. People confuse highlighters and illuminators, i use it as both, its not sticky it feels smooth and nice. Nice and glowy effect.
