BareMinerals Original Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15

I LOVE this product!

I am a huge fan of mineral products - true, some are overpriced but Bare Minerals really is above any drugstore quality. When I can afford it, I always splurge for this. Also- it is very important to understand how to use them properly, I think you need to enjoy using makeup to get the best results. The line of their brushes are also very nice, and if you have not tried them yet, I highly recommend it for a nice soft look that you can ALWAYS add some glam to!

Crest Whitestrips Premium

Great results - Quick, but very painful

I used to use Crest whitestrips.. but I know how sensitive they make my teeth. If you normally have sensitivity to hot and cold liquid or tooth pain, you may want to try a more gradual whitening system. This is however very easy, and quick and it DOES work. I just space out the strips more than they recommend and they keep my teeth nice and white!

Clairol Natural Instincts Semi-Permanent Hair Color

Good Quality - Great Alternative to Permanent and more harmful dyes

I have very middle road Brown hair. Curly, so quite dry and frizzy as well. I waited over 20 years to dye my hair so I bit the bullet and got highlights. I wanted two shades lighter and one lowlight next to my origional shade, but i ended up with orange blonde, fire red and dark brown. I was definitely not about to dye my whole head, and it would have killed my hair- So i used the Natural Instincts (Brass Free) to tone down the red. I stayed true to my haircolor - 6 - and it did tone the hightlights very nicely to an overall more brown look. the conditioner it comes with is VERY good and you also should be vigilant with conditioner if your hair is normally dry. This is great for the price and I was happy with the results. They are not drastic and you have to be close to your current color to get the best results. The only downside is it washed out quickly- as i have to shampoo daily. Good luck!
