soft effect as liner. I use with the waterproof liner solution they sell- stays on all day unless I wipe my eyes hard. more long lasting than cream liner with powder over.

beautiful color, but a little goes a long way

harder for fair skin to carry off except in summer. could probably dilute with mineral veil and would be easier to apply.
